Blue Ridge Brewery opened up on Tuesday, June 14 in Downtown Greer.
The long-awaited Blue Ridge Brewing Co. opens in downtown Greer today at 4 p.m.
Bob Hiller, owner of the brewpub 308 Trade Street, said the restaurant received its alcohol permit Friday, trained staff over the weekend and held a soft opening Monday night for loyal customers.
Moe Joe’s closed abruptly last week. According to this thread it was due to noise complaints and their business license not being renewed.
Facebook page says that their business license wasn’t renewed due to noise complaints.
Bangkok Thai which has been off Pelham Road for a very long time is closed due to that shopping center being reused as a school or something else. They are moving to Haywood Road.
Bangkok Thai Cuisine closed on May 21st. Forced out by school / landlord. Relocating to Haywood Rd between Conn’s and Redwing. I think that’s the old Kannika’s Thai Kitchen location.
Sounds like Kitchen Sync is getting close to opening now.
My wife and I were invited to a soft opening last night at Kitchen Sync. This is a new, local restaurant on Laurens Road (near Schwaben House). The owners have done a phenomenal job transforming the old Coble Dairy building into a functional space (with an open, spacious kitchen). When possible, reclaimed materials were used for the interior remodel.
This restaurant emphasizes local, fresh, ingredients. Our meals were great and prices seem appropriate for the quality.
Last word: KS offers made-to-order pizzas that are just as good as Sidewall Pizza.
